 An ever increasing number of organizations demand that their suppliers are ISO 9001 certified. Therefore this certification is very important, for both SIGGIS and its current and future customers.

Customer focus is the most important aspect in the new ISO 9001:2008 standards, which includes  the actual measurement of customer satisfaction. Besides customer focus, the involvement and goals of the management of the organization are clear areas of interest.

To obtain the ISO 9001 certification SIGGIS was put through its paces by the external certification body, AIB-Vinçotte. SIGGIS was found to be compliant with the stringent  quality demands. This proves that we service our customers in a correct and efficient way. This is partially due to a comprehensive management system which was developed to administer our business processes, ranging from personnel management and administration to sales and to project execution.

The ISO 9001 requirements are reevaluated yearly. So, the customer remains assured of high quality services, not just today but in the future too.
